<If you register with credit card payment, d payment, or au easy payment>
If you selected credit card payment, d Payment, or au Easy Payment when you joined and your subscription is automatically renewed, your subscription will continue automatically unless you cancel it by midnight on the day before your next renewal date.
* If automatic renewal is enabled in "Check/Change/Suspend Payment Method" on MY PAGE, there is no need to go through the renewal procedure.
<If you register with SoftBank One-Stop Payment or Convenience Store Payment>
The renewal procedure period begins one month before the membership expiration date (including the expiration month).
Example: If the expiration date is the end of October ⇒ Renewal procedures can be completed from October 1st
Eligible individuals will be notified by email and on MY PAGE when the renewal period begins.
Please complete the procedure by clicking the "Continuation Procedure" button that will be displayed during the period.
*If you are outside the renewal procedure period or are in automatic renewal, the "Continuation procedure" button will not be displayed.
